I’m male 18 year old 177 cm/5.9 ft 50 kg/110 lbs BMI = 16.0 Not sure whether I am anorexic. I don’t want to gain or lose weight, just want to maintain mine. How dangerous is for an 18 year old guy to have a BMI 16.0?

To be classified as underweight isnt good. You’ll get sick easier due to not eniugh nutrients and low metabolism. To keep up energy and metabolism; eat protein in the morning. Like eggs. They help your health 🙂 and start your day right.
