Well done with your successful weight loss. Unfortunately some people when they lose weight, do lose weight in their face which can change the way they look. There are a few things you can try to reduce your dark circles. Firstly it is very important to make sure that you are well hydrated and get adequate sleep. Dehydration can lead to dark circles under the eyes as can a lack of sleep. Try to consume 1.5 to 2 litres of water spread throughout the day. This is equivalent to about 8 glasses of water a day. Try to get 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Minimise alcohol and caffeine containing drinks, tea, coffee and soda as these will dehydrate you. Consume foods that are rich in beneficial skin nutrients, these include Vitamin A, C and E as well as Olive Oil and Omega-3 Oils. Yellow and orange coloured vegetables are rich in vitamin A. Orange and other citrus fruits are rich in Vitamin C. Avocado is a good source of Vitamin D. Oily fish such as salmon, mackerel and sardines are rich in Omega-3 oils. Zinc is also useful for skin health. Pork and Beef are rich sources of Zinc, if you cannot eat meat, try nuts and seeds which also contain Zinc. Finally use a cream that contains Vitamin E and K which you can apply to your skin around your eyes to keep them moisturised, providing the nutrients from both within and topically will help keep the skin nourished. Regarding your reducing the fat on your stomach this is quite difficult as this is the last place you lose fat on your body.
