i only ask as ive just been looking at a calorie counter for bread and it gave me the amount with the crusts off-never heard of this one before?!!? it seems unlikely to me knowing how its made but is there a chance the fat moves to the outside of the loaf when being baked?

could be the outer part is basted in butter for browning. That would be the only difference.
