Hi my BMI says I am touching obese limit , so I am very much worried and want to reduce my weight. Also my marriage is in just 6months.. I anyhow want to reduce my weight before that. I joined a gym .. Please suggest me some tips for diet and exercise… Thanks..

1. Be focused. Dont worry about the results. 2. Do exercises properly. If u start looking for results quickly u’ll b disappointed. 6 months is ample amount of time. Best of luck
