Answer:

Hey bro, I'm 16 weigh 120 and bench 145 one rep max. I benched 95 in November, so I think that's impressive. I take whey and also have taken creatine. C4 is a good workout igniter. I wouldn't do just bench press. Do pullovers, flies, and incline and decline. I do a lot of upright bench press, and do here's my workout for chest. 5×10 upright bench press 5×10 upright chest fly 5×10 pullovers 5×10 flat bench press 5×10 incline and decline press Also diamond push-ups til failure

When my diet changed and workout often sleeping pattern changes?

Im healthy i have been torching fat, i workout and i eat a well balanced diet that i specialized for myself which seems to be going great but it wasnt all fun and games until my sleeping patterns changed i have been getting low quality sleep when i changed my lifestyle is there any reason for this? and also i feel perfectly fine throughout the day.

This question was not answered by a nutritionist, however another user commented.

Answer:

..normally that shouldn’t happen at all, so you have to start finding your normal sleeping pattern again. The workout and diet shouldn’t influence it at all. Maybe short before sleeping you take some proteins, so the stomach got something to do and you can sleep throughout the night..

When will I see results in my body?

Hello, Ok Im 19, 6’3 and weight 90KG, I am working on building muscle and alot of tone! I go Gym 5-6 times a week, and I only do upper body, because I am already doing a Leg program with my basketball team for vertical jump. So my workout would be Day 1 – Chest & Biceps & Abs Day 2 – Back & Triceps Day 3 – Shoulders & Abs Day 4 – Chest & Biceps Day 5 – Back & Triceps & Abs Day 6 – Shoulders I do about 5 exercises with 15 rep max, 3 sets I do cardio everyday with my basketball team and I swim is well My diet is good not alot of fat food, never get fast food and I have a protein shake before and after gym and before I go to bed yes Im pretty tones already I just want to be ripped Any time estimate, would you think? Answer:

You have the right idea and almost everything is perfect, except the routine order. It’s not a good idea to do a proper triceps workout the day before you do shoulders. Alot of shoulder exercises incorporate your triceps so it’s no good having sore triceps before you start your shoulder workout. Similarly, it’s not a good idea to train biceps the day before back. Almost every back exercise heavily uses the biceps. Here’s an example of a much better order: Day 1 – Back, Biceps Day 2 – Chest, Abs Day 3 – Shoulders, Triceps Day 4 – Back, Biceps Day 5 – Chest, Abs Day 6 – Shoulders, Triceps And if you didn’t already know, eating loadddssss of protein is very important! Good luck! After a month, you’ll definitely notice a difference (if you have the right diet, enough protein, enough calories but not toooo many). But keep it up for a few months and it’ll pay off. Don’t think about how long it’ll take me to get this or see that……it’ll come in time!

How to lose weight and diet help?

Hey guys! i trying to lose weight and trying to lose some belly fat. I’m currently 16 years old, 5’10 and weigh about 179 lbs. I usually workout for about an hour, (don’t know if that’s long enough for a workout) and within that hour i run and do sit-ups. I feel that I have the workout planned but for the diet i have no clue on what to eat or what not to eat, i don’t know how much to eat or like how much am i suppose to eat in a day? i would REALLY appreciate it if someone could explain/tell me on what to eat or just some tips about dieting because this is literally my first time ever doing this. I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

Answer:

I used to be in your same shoes!!!!! Well, like a year ago. I’m your same age and height. That’s crazy! Anyhoo, ignore my weirdness. First off congrats on trying to lose the weight. That’s always the first step. I highly recommend a diet program if you have the extra money. I personally have p90x and p90x3 and they are both awesome. What you’re doing is good for exercise, but p90x and Insanity will make a better use of your time and you’ll get better results. You can get them at Beachbody.com or you could go on Ebay and get them at a cheaper price. P90X3 will explain EXACTLY what foods to eat, how much you should eat, and when you should eat. It’s pretty awesome. But if that’s not an option I’ll just blab some more. Just eat a balanced diet. I recommend tracking your calories. You can use free sites like Lose it or My Fitness Pal to count your calories and see if you’re over eating. Your diet proportions really depend on you. I eat 30% protein, 30% fat, and 40% carbs. I’m also looking to build muscle. If you’re looking to burn fat just stick in the ranges of 10-35% protein, 20-35% fat, and 45-65% carbs. Basically, just don’t eat too much of one thing. Eat your veggies, stay away from junk, and don’t be afraid of the thought vegetarian. For the exercise, try setting aside days. Like one day, run for an hour, the next, work on abs for an hour. This way your muscles get time to heal, and when you’re resting is when the magic happens. They get bigger! Can’t stand salads but don’t want the calories from the dressing? Get your dressing in a little side cup and just dip your fork in it before you take a bite. You’ll use half the dressing of what you did before. If you’re a tea or coffee drinker, switch to green tea or just cut it out completely. Just take it in baby steps so you actually stick with it. No pop, chips, basically no crap food. I LOVE helping people and I’ve been in your same shoes not that long ago. trust me, weight loss is completely worth all the struggle. I know it can be hard, just don’t give up!!!

Can weighted push ups put mass in chest?

I have already established that push ups do not add mass to the chest as much as weight lifting and diet does. It is not an exercise to add weight to my upper body frame. But what if I added weights to my push ups? Will that help me put on mass? PS. Is my chest program OK do I need to change anything? My program: Flat bench press Incline Dumbbell or Barbell press (depending on the day) Weighted Push ups Cable Cross Overs Triceps workouts including Close Grip Bench Press

Answer:

Before, because it boosts up your metabolism, but drink plenty of water during your workout, because lemons can be dehydrating.
