literally eating broccoli for every meal to lose weight?

I guess I’m anorexic but still I need to lose weight (around 5-6kgs), so i’ve come up with a plan to eat steamed broccoli every day for one month to lose the extra kilos. i don’t plan to eat any additional meals other than my one square meal of broccoli daily; each meal is going to consist of a small bowl of broccoli seasoned with chopped black pepper and salt and a slice of chopped ham — today was day one. Eating broccoli seems like a healthy foolproof plan; coupling it with a slice of ham makes it a balanced diet because it includes protein and this is obviously a better alternative to starving myself. broccoli has fibre so i won’t get constipated. plus to compensate for lack of other nutrients i can take multivitamins, no? After all if you read news they all say broccoli is a superfood and can help ppl with diabetes and cancer and all — So would it work? Personally I quite like eating broccoli and I’m the kind of person (mundane as it is) who doesn’t mind eating the same thing everyday.. Plus points are that broccoli is easily available and cheap, so i save money too!! Any helpful suggestions to lose weight? Any pros and cons? p/s: please don’t lecture me on how sacrificing health for looks is stupid. i’m a runway model, but i’m also a psychology major. so i know all about eating disorders; it’s just that i can’t help it. What i’m worried about is whether i would be doing harm to myself by subsisting on brocolli for four weeks. I am currently 1.71cm and I weight 51kg. My target weight is 45kg.. If possible i would continue with my broccoli diet for as long as i can. I might allow myself a treat of say, ice cream – once a month. Also I forgot to state that I would in addition to broccoli I would drink a glass of either soy bean/ orange juice everyday.

I am on my third day of quitting and want to stay quit this time. I am 50 and have been smoking since I was 13 when my father bought me my first pack of cigarettes. I have quit so many times from a few days to once for almost 5 years. I seem pretty good at quitting, the trick is to stay quit forever. Any advice?

Exercise..make a chart and run around your house everyday in it or on the outside while drinking water… ————————————–… -replace coke with water or juice -replace junk food with fruits and veggies -use fresh instead of frozen or canned -eat 1800-2000 calories a day or LESS -try to get some of your friends to help -its hard doing it on your own -exercise by doing something fun like dancing or taking a bike ride -during tv commercials, do 10 jumping jacks..just 10 each break and you can loose alot! -DIETS will not help you loose weight..they will just maintain the weight..they are half of the “Loose Weight Plan” You have to exercise for the other half..so every time you eat..wait 30 minutes then run or exercise! -make sure you stick to this plan and you can loose alot of weight in a few months or weeks -DONT over exercise! take it easy and get used to it the first few weeks..then push your self to do more.. -DO NOT stop eating for good..if you think that not eating will help you loose weight its not..it makes u sick and dizzy..stick with good food! 🙂 -Eat superfood that are good 4 u like Berries! bees collect pollen on there legs and bodies thats why that are fuzzy, and it also how flowers grow, bees pick up the pollen from flower go to another area and pollinate so more flowers will grow, and whats left they take home and convert it into honey, bees eat honey and no they don’t die from collecting pollen, they die when they lose a stinger though.

If you want to lose weight slowly and healthily, I wouldn’t worry about cutting out meals. Keep it at three meals a day, just cut down on the portion sizes. Spirulina is very good for you, it’s a superfood, but If weight loss is your goal there are much better options. Fruit juice is great as long as it’s a 100% juice blend with no sugar.
