Help!! Become really depressed with my weight!,?

Right I was anorexic a while back, I was for about 2 years, I’ve been cured for about a year and I’ve piled on the pounds! Seeing all my other friends looking really slim it’s just depressing, I’ve tried everything to lose weight! I’m 5 foot 7 an weigh11 stone! Just wondering if I did a 700 calorie diet for 2 months with an excessive that burns around 200 cals how much weight can I lose, I really want to be about 120 pounds by November at least, if your going to be funny an say something like ‘that’s unhealthy’ please just save your time because I don’t care …

You know that would really trigger your anorexic tendencies, then set you back in the cycle of underweight and overweight. Anorexia does damage to your metabolism, but it’s not permament. Stick with eating healthy and getting exercise moderately. You *know* 700 calories won’t make you look good. Distract yourself from these thoughts go off the computer now please and go do something to take your mind off this. You’re lucky to have this recovery period..don’t let it slip away. Get help again with a therapist. People spend years with their eating disorders..well into their 30’s and even 50’s and they suffer because they don’t want it and feel physically and mentally like a 100+ year old.(they might look that old too, starvation is not pretty) I couldn’t go to university when I was 18 because I was so sick. I took away years of my life to this disease..I watch my friends graduate now while I’m in classes now I wasted so much and I have done damage to my bones especially in my hips and knees (I’m in my early 20’s) It HURTS. It’s NOT worth it. You don’t care? You WILL.

Can you bring a friend along for free to slimming world meetings for support?

i think you can for weight watchers, just wondering if it’s the same for slimming world. lol no im the extra person going along with my mum. i was never fat but lost weight recently to go down from a 12 to a 10. i tried to get her to do what i do but it just hasnt worked for her and i cook her meals so need to know about her diet.

Coma – Should I stop treatment?

My 16 year old nephew overdosed on methaphenies and has been in an coma since May 27. He’s in the ICU hooked to a lot of machines etc. The doctors said to me that has he has little chance of recovery due to miminal brain activity and because he is getting worse as now his body is in Mulpile Organ Failure. The doctors has suggested I decide weather or not to discontine care as he has been denied organ transplantation as he has very little chance of survival. His parents died in April 2013 in an car accident so I’m his leagal gardian. Would it be best to discontune treatment?

What I can tell you is dont give up. About a year ago I was in the same place as him. I had a major internal bleed with a hemoglobin on 2.3, following brain surgery. I had multi system organ failure, and the doctors told my mom the chances of me making it were slim-none. And that it was time to have my family fly up here for last goodbyes. Being severely chronically sick many people were already following my journey but after this the story spread fast, tons of thousands of people praying for me. They said if by some miracle I did survive, I would be in a vegetative state, never talk, or be able to eat again (My stomach was paralyzed) They didnt give up on me! And by the grace of God I survived, but not only did I survive. Over the next 6 months in the hospital I got better. My stomach somehow started working, I started talking again (with tons of speech therapy) and I even could walk a few steps! Every doctor I have told sense say its medically impossible that I survived, there’s no way someone can loose that much blood and live, much less someone with my given conditions. All I say “With God all things are possible” Never Give Up!

Will pushups make my arms slimmer?

I am 5’0, 108 lbs. I eat about 1300 calories a day, as far as I have tracked. I don’t think I have a lot of weight to “lose”. I’m average. But my upper arms, the triceps mainly, are very big, making me look IMMENSELY top heavy. I want arms as thin as a model, or at least a normal girl. I feel like a shot-putter. I’ve been doing 5 sets of 10 pushups each day for almost 2 weeks. I’m starting to do the chin-to-ground type, too. I’m wondering if this will give me skinny arms, or is it all in vain?

SlimFast is not bad for you, however it’s still very possible to lose weight without it. My advice: don’t use SlimFast. Only because it is probably more expensive and less healthy than other snacks like apples or celery. To lose fat: 1. DON’T BELIEVE THOSE FAD DIETS! DIET PILLS ARE GIMMICKS! 2. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF! Unless you are 4ft tall, a 1,200 calorie a day diet is DANGEROUS and won’t work in the long run. 3. Calculate your BMR. Do a google search. A good calculator would ask for your age, height, weight, and activity level. 4. Eat healthy and eat about 500 calories a day less than your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR). Your BMR is how many calories you need per day to maintain your current weight. 5. Eat 5-6 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism up. Each meal should include fruits, veggies, water, and protein. 5. Drink at least 64oz (8 8oz glasses) of water a day. No soda (that includes diet soda). 6. Do light/moderate cardio 3 to 5 times a week for 30 to 45 minutes each time. Running, bicycling, and swimming are great for this. 7. Do some strength training to make sure you lose fat and not muscle. Don’t worry; you won’t look like the hulk if you lift weights. 8. You should lose about 1-2lbs per week. If you lose more than that, chances are the rest is stool, water weight, or even muscle mass. 9. Weigh yourself only once a week at the same time (ie every Friday morning). Your weight fluctuates a lot during any 24hour period because of water and food intake and also bowel movements. Be patient and be smart. If you follow this guideline you will be very happy with your results.

Answer:

Yes cardio will help you lose weight but you will not weigh 119 by the end of August by doing what your doing. Instead of walking jog instead you’ll burn more calories. Also if you have a bike bike rides are also good. Keep drinking water and eating healthy and most importantly believe in yourself! :).***:D

Are there any ways to get slim fingers fast?

My boyfriend gave me a ring for an early V-Day presant! Its absolutley beautiful and i think im getting on his nerves thanking him so much. But thats not it. I have a slim figure but chubby fingers. I have to wear my ring on my pinky finger until my ring finger on my right hand slims down a little bit. Is there any way i can slim my fingers down? health problem,under weight can any body help me…….?

my age 21 years. sex-male weight-44 kg(under weight) thin n slim upto my age 18 my height is 5 ft,bt now i m 5 ft 5 in. i have tried many things to gain weight 1) 2 eggs daily bt it cause pimples in the face also no effect in the health 2)milk+banana bt i m suffering from sinus so problem also no effect in health, i have tried it for a month 3)dry fruits- try all dry fruits with or without milk,no effect in health 4)fruits and juices………..no effect 5)daily milk from the childhood till i m in home till my 10th bt now i can’t take it bcoz pure milk is not available near by my hostel 6)i love to play cricket so almost daily go to play cricket so i think it will do the regular exercise 7)my general diet is also good so u can’t tell me that i m not eating 8)daily 1 apple a day from last 1 month also tried few months ago bt no change in health 9) now i m taking AMWAY NUTRALITE PROTEIN POWDER from today,bcoz many of friends told me too take it,lets see should it helps now i m contuining engineering 3rd yr is any thing special to take with it. is this health problem genetic bcoz my father has the same problem bt he is fine now.

Go for gym everyday and aftr tht Eat plenty of fatty foods like cheese,ghee,butter, curd,milk,sweets etc…boiled eggs every morning at 6 am remove yellow inside as its the main cause of pimples…eat yellow bananas and milk wid 100 gms jalebi everyday mrng…also badam soak it in water at nite and throw the water and eat only badams..sleep for atlst 6 hours a day and be happy,avoid stress and tensions and laugh always…
