Anyone know what’s wrong with my skin?

I use maybelline makeup, and recently my skin has been becoming quite icky, I’m also a vegetarian and dont know what’s wrong, my skin used to be so clear 🙁 with rosy cheeks, now I’m a pale yellowish ghost, I’m not anemic

It could be the makeup or you might not be getting enough vitamins or minerals. But if you’ve been a vegetarian for a long time, then maybe its the makeup.

i sweat a lot only in school?

i am 16 i live in 2 different city’s i never suffered from sweating only this year i sweat only at school and when i come back home i get dry and cool even if i put antiperspirant how do i fix this

its stress probably…I used to do the same thing…and just sweat a lot anyway which maybe how you are…dry a wicking shirt like underarmor or starter dri star ( u can get them cheap at wal mart) that may help cool you abit…try the all natural mineral sticks for antiperperants….they work great and don’t cause any staining or odor after hours of wear

Doctors help pleaseee?

Well over the last couple of months I’ve had a really stiff neck. At first I thought it was just because of the way I was sleeping but it’s on the right side and If I touch the back of my neck on the right side it’s very painful. There’s nothing there but I can’t move it to top right if the makes sense. Also I’ve had problems with my arms. Whenever I sit at the computer for like half an hour and my arm is crossed leaning on the desk it will start to buzz and it leads to a really bad pain that is kind of linked to my back and only goes when I lay down back arched. Could this also be linked to my neck? They’ve both started happening at round about the same time. Is it serious enough to visit a proper doctor? No rude comments please I just really need some advice. Thank youu:)

Well that really sucks! I think maybe you should see a Chiropractor, they are really helpful! It sounds muscular, so I would start there. Get yourself adjusted wait like 48 hours, and see if that makes a difference. If not, then I would make an appointment with your PCP, and they’ll direct you where to go next. It may be an orthopedist, or a neurologist because they deal with the spine. Something that has helped me in the past is Bio freeze. It’s a mineral type ice gel that numbs the skin, and smells good too! It might buy you some time. Hope I helped, feel better:)

Any recommendation on a good whole food supplement or vitamin for my child??

How can I lose up to 15 pounds?

I’m 13 years old and I am a gymnast. I am 5’2 and weigh 120. Is it okay for me to lose up to 20 pounds so its easier for me to do gymnastics? How? I already do some daily ab workout. Any tips or suggestions? I have wide hips and there is fat on the outside of them but very minimum. I would like to lose some of that. Thanks! 🙂

I had anorexia for a year luckily i fought it. But after that for another year i ate unhealthy. Those two years i wasnt getting any sleep, about 1 to 4 hours of sleep. i must agree with previous answer. i am a labor and delivery nurse, so i would also tell you to ask your doctor before you use any kind of over the counter medicine or product. tylenol is safe, and also heat or ice applied to area. warm baths are also great. never take ibuprofen during pregnancy, for example, motrin, advil, etc.
