How much should I weigh in order to be considered healthy?

I’m 17 years old, somewhere in between 5ft 10 and 6ft even. Right now I weigh 200 pounds and I know that isn’t healthy. How much weight should I lose to be healthy?

first off, that guy that said you need to lose 70 lbs is off his meds. for your height, it is unhealthy. i am the same height and weigh 152. my body mass index number is within normal. but i wonder, are you a body builder? sometimes the muscle weight is higher. a wrestler maybe? but no, you should try to lose but remember its not how much you weigh, its how healthy you treat your body.

I have to get two healthy teeth removed for braces and I’m so sad?

I have to get two upper teeth removed for braces. They are the ones behind the right canines. They are pretty close to the front and I’m afraid that it will look like I have no teeth in the back when I smile. I have a silver filling in the tooth behind the ones they are taking out so it will look horrible when they are in the place of the one the orthandonist is removing due to overcrowding. I’m sad because the ones she’s removing and so good and white. I asked if she could take out any ther ones instead and she said no. It feels like I’m losing a limb. After the braces are in, how long will it take to fill in the gaps where she took out the teeth? How do I get over the sadness of getting two healthy teeth removed?

Its not compulsory to get them removed. Just go for a second opinion at a different orthodontist. My orthodontist doesn’t remove teeth in all cases. I had MAJOR overcrowding, so they used different appliances such as ‘the bionator’ and plates and braces to fix the overcrowding. No teeth removal.

What is the best quick breakfast?

I don’t have much time to eat breakfast in the morning. It doesn’t matter to me if its packaged or not, but I need a quick healthy breakfast that I can make in under 5 minutes. Thanks!
