Exercise causes fatigue?

I need to exercise. Yet, any amount of exercise I do causes enough fatigue that I make mistakes at work. And since I do bookkeeping that’s not ok. I work 2 jobs. (Quiting either is not an option). My thryoid is checked every 6 months, so it’s not that. Does anyone know of a way to get exercise without needing additional sleep? Or why even minimual exercise (less than 5 minutes a day) would cause such fatigue? Please do not recommend Doctors, I have been though multiple and they had no answers. Help!

Well this depends on a couple of things. Is this a proven bacterial infection? If so, that’s fine. If it is a viral infection, it’s not going to kill the virus. If it’s been prescribed because of the possibility of a superinfection BY a bacteria it’s a reasonable option. Antibiotics when used properly are generally safe. An editorial note: Never give non-prescribed antibiotics to your child. Antibiotics are bacteria specific. Like other medications, they need to be prescribed by a physician.

hey..wen u ahve to lose those few extra pounds in a quikie..do this. for a week…go for only fruits for the first 2 days..then only boiled or roased/baked veggeis for the nest 2 days..have a lil amt of cereals the next day..then go on a liquid diet for the last 2 days..this will make u lose 4-5 pounds in a week and the fruit juices will keep ur skin glowin too..and yes..dont modify ur daily wortk toutine cz dat will only get the body’s metabolic rate down and then the diet wint help much..all da best
