I have been exercising for a while (been going to bootcamp sessions 3 times per week for an hour) but I have added in interval running training since the new year along with changing my diet. I have cut out junk, potatoes and sauces and eating salads, fruit, veg and drinking lots of water, but I feel so tired. I was weighing myself weekly and lost half a stone in approx 3 weeks but in the last 3 weeks I have not lost any more am I doing something wrong? should I be concentrating on waist circumference in case I’m toning or muscle gaining? just not sure, any suggestions? thanks a lot
