I am 16 years old, 5’7 – 5’8 in height, and weigh a disgusting (I do not have a scale at the moment) 200-210 pounds đ I’m sick of being fat and ugly. I am currently trying to lose weight, I want to be 160 pounds by January of next year (January 2013). I got an app on my Android phone called “Lose It!” And it has advised me to cut my calorie intake to 1,432 calories a day. I’m not sure how many calories I consumed before, but it wasn’t 1,432 calories c: Probably 2,000+ I’m not sure. I do exercise every once in awhile, but I really dread exercise. If I were to simply reduce my calorie intake, would I be able to lose the weight? I am looking in to swimming, but I have to find the money to buy a swimsuit first, because I absolutely HATE running. I have flat feet, which makes it hard to run, and I got blisters all over my feet the last time I ran. Which was two days ago. So in conclusion. Could I drop to 160 pounds (lose 40-50 pounds) by January if I just cut my calorie intake to 1,432 calories daily, without exercise? 1.drink 2 l of water every day 2.sleep 8 hours-while you sleep you burn calories(try to go to sleep before 12) 3.when you eat do it slowly,it should take you 30 min to eat lunch,breakfast etc 4.don’t eat after 7-8 pm 5.try to walk,or run as much as possible 6.buy a skipping rope and skip.start by skipping 30+ min a day(try to do it 10 min in the morning,10 in the afternoon and 10 in the evening).after wards you can increase the time to 1 hour. if u wanna lose weight you have to lose more calories than you eat.by jumping 60 min a day you can burn around 1000 calories. you should eat on average 1200 calories a day 7.try to go swimming it is also a good way to burn calories and/or take zumba classes 8.no sweets.i know you like them but try to avoid them especially chocolate,try something else like low fat yogurt 9.one of the most important rules:eat like a princess in the morning,like an ordinary child in the afternoon and like a peasant in the evening 10.try to stop eating when you are 75% full ,after 5 min u will feel full 11. 10 minutes before eating drink a glass of water.it will make you feel full ,so you will eat less 12. buy a very nice piece of clothing which is a size or two smaller smaller than the one you wear and put it somewhere you can see it everyday,it will encourage you to lose weight 13.go on google images or watch videos with skinny girls and keep thinking that by following these tips you will look like them.think positive! đ 14.try to avoid snacks and focus on the 3 meals of the day,but eat just when you are hungry 15.always do the exercises before you eat it will speed up your metabolism and food will be digested faster ,Never exercise After you ate! i hope these tips will help you! good luck!!!!!!:).***:D
