Are there any bodybuilders that look like nerds?

Are real 100% beef burgers good for bodybuilding/fitness?

I sometimes eat maybe 3 or 4 beef burgers made from 100% mince beef with chopped onions and 1 egg. i make them myself. are they good for you.? i dont butter the bread.. and when im cooking the burgers im grilling them. are they good for you? and bodybuilding?

they have lots of protein which is a plus, but they also have lots of fat which isn’t. if you don’t really wanna give up eating them buy “extra lean ground beef” it has the least amount of fat. you could also buy ground turkey and go half and half, that would probably be the healthiest and still tastes delicious

I want a diet chart…?

guys i m a 20 year old boy and i have just started bodybuilding.i want a diet chart regarding Indian conditions and i am eosinophilic so plz keep that in mind when suggesting the diet… Thanks in advance…

A good bodybuilding diet needs to follow 3 rules: 1.It should favor smaller and frequent feedings throughout the day instead of smaller ones. 2.Every meal should have carbohydrates, protein and fat in the correct ratios: 40% carbs, 40% protein, 20 % good fats. 3.The calories should be cycled to prevent the metabolism from getting used to a certain caloric level. Should i train two muscles a day or only single muscle group daily?

hi friends, i m doing bodybuilding for more than one year.And now,i m hitting only one muscle group per day. plz tell me should i train 2 muscle groups daily,and also if u agree on that, tell me should i train 2 muscles in single workout session or should i train morning as well as in evening.

it can go both ways…. it depends…. it really depends what u can handle.. working 1or 2 muscles a workout is fine as long as each muscle is worked once a week and no longer then 60 mns something like this mon chest tue biceps triceps wed back thur shoulders fri legs or mon, chest, triceps tue back, biceps wed shoulders thur legs fri chest, triceps its your preterance… whatever u prefer

Been lifting for 12 months, Should I start with a beginner 5×5 Workout?

I’ve been lifting weights on and off for a year.. I’ve only done bodybuilding splits. I wanna start strength training to get my strength up.. Should I start with a Beginner 5×5 workout or a what? I weigh 120lbs. Squat = 275 Bench = 160 Deadlift = 230

most 5×5 strength training programs like madcows and stronglifts are designed for intermediate lifters who can already hit a total of 1000 pounds on their 3 lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift) The “beginner” or novice 5×5 programs in my opinion are just not efficient enough, as there is so much volume in one session but not enough frequency. For beginner strength lifters frequency is key, but since you already have a years lifting experience it shouldn’t be too much of a problem as to training more. why do real men take off there shirt or T-shirts when exercising?

I mostly see real men not wearing a shirt or T-shirt during an exercise or doing a workout i usually see these real men near Banilad Town Center just a little bit ahead of that place there is a workout gym….. I want a real man to answer me or real man who is doing a workout or real man that are good in doing bodybuilding or good in weight lifting.
