WHo has personally had intestinal worms before? What were the steps you took to get rid of them?

I say personally because I want real life experience answers not speculation or hearsay. I would like to know how you discovered how you knew you had them, the changes it made or didnt make on your body while having them such as uncomfortable bowel movements etc. and the process of getting rid of them such as how long did it take to get rid of them once you received treatment and wat type of treatment. serious real life experiences only plz.

I had intestinal worms due to overconsumption of sushi. Human intestinal parasites worms infection air food water cause constipation, stomach bloating, disease health problems. Other symptoms include anemia, asthma, diarrhea, digestive disorders, fatigue, low immune system, nervousness, skin rash. Most will not face this reality or even want to think about this subject and will continue in their suffering. There can be over 100 different types of parasites worms living in human bodies. Some are microscopic in size while others can be seen quite easily. These common organisms can be found everywhere in our environment, in the air we breath, in the water we drink, or in the food we eat. Parasite is an organism that lives on or in other organisms from which it obtains nutrients to live and causes harm in the process. Its name comes from the Greek word para that means beside, and sitos, which means food. Most parasites require some host to complete their life cycle. Animals can also serve as the host. The parasite will vary in size from one-thousandth of one micron to whale tapeworms one hundred feet long. Allergies, Many allergies are caused by worm infections. Tissue becomes inflamed and reactions to foods are the result when eosinophils (white blood cells) are increased due to them. Extreme skin rashes with blisters and food allergies or sensitivities may result. Anemia, Worms leach nutrients from bodies causing anemia. When they are present in large numbers, they can create enough blood loss to cause anemia or iron deficiency in some people. Constipation, Some worms can obstruct certain organs like the colon causing constipation, liver and the bile duct. Diarrhea, Most of the time diarrhea is nature’s way of removing toxins. Fatigue, Symptoms include tiredness, flue-like symptoms, apathy, depression and lack of concentration. Gas and Stomach Bloating, Some parasites live in the upper intestine, which can cause both gas and stomach bloating. Immune Dysfunction, Parasites depress the immune system by decreasing immunoglobulin. Nervousness, The waste products from parasites irritate the nervous system, resulting in anxiety and restlessness. Other Signs of Parasites in Children Blisters appear on the inside of the lower lip, wiping of the nose, restlessness and grinding of the teeth at night, dark circles under the eyes, hyperactive, bed wetting, headaches, sensitive to light, twitching eyelid, gum, rectum, or nose bleeding are signs they may have parasites. There are many natural foods, herbal cleansing products, and essential oils that one can take to rid themselves of worms. When taking herbal combinations, it is best taking them on an empty stomach. The best way to treat parasitic infection is to detoxify using good nutritional rebuilding programs that will restore balance and the immune system. Everyone infected with worms is deficient in the essential nutrients. All essential vitamin and mineral supplements are necessary. If parasites are the problem, it is very important to take larger doses of plant-derived nutrients due to deficiencies. Some worms suck your vitamins and minerals directly out of the blood. Others absorb your nutrients through their outer skin layer. The nutrients need replacing daily. High carbohydrate diet, low in protein, and high in alkaline has been found to make parasitic infections worse. Sugar should also be avoided because parasites thrive on it and it is possible you could have candida. This candida or yeast infections create an environment in the colon that equals the environment needed for them to thrive. Foods that lower pH from high alkaline conditions in the colon are apple cider vinegar and cranberry juice. Pumpkin seeds and onions mixed with soy milk is another remedy for worms. Herbal combinations for blood flukes are milkweed, pennyroyal and black walnut. Herbal combinations for liver flukes are cloves, goldenrod and goldenseal root. Bitter melon is effective against pinworms. Fasting on raw pineapples for three days helps with tapeworms. Another remedy for prevention is mixing one or two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in one glass of water. Alternatively, you can take one tablespoon daily of 1 part apple cider vinegar, 2 parts apple juice, 1 part apple brandy. Constipation problems can be helped with friendly bacteria, cascara sagrada bark, chamomile tea, or elder flowers. Licorice added to herbal teas has slight laxative action. Liquid multi vitamin and mineral nutrients derived from plants will help clean and replace your vital nutrients. What are the benefits of a raw food diet with acid alkaline foods?

I’ve seen a lot about the raw food diet, but other than avoiding overly processed foods, I’m not sure why it’s so beneficial? It also seems like a lot of effort for people, and it looks like it’s difficult to create meals that are satisfying and leave one feeling full. In essence, why go raw?

The raw food diet is an excellent idea for those looking to improve their health through good eating. At first it sounds extremely restrictive, but once you go raw you tend not to go back! The basic premise of raw food is that you are getting food at its freshest and purest form. These foods definitely aren’t processed. Getting raw foods, mainly fruits and veggies, into your body is extremely beneficial because they contain many nutrients that normally break down during the cooking process. Antioxidants, enzymes, proteins and even some vitamins can all be destroyed when heating food. Another benefit of going raw is the chance to learn the difference between acid alkaline foods. Everything is either an acid or a base on the pH scale, including us! In fact, our bodies work very hard to maintain a specific blood pH level of around 7 or so. This is just perfect for carrying the right amount of oxygen in our blood cells. We can help our bodies maintain this balance by eating a good mix of acid alkaline foods, many of which are present in the raw food diet!

An all natural cure for yeast infection and thrust of the MOUTH!?

MY Aunt just had half a lung taken out due to cancer, after the round of antibiotics she has gotten thrush of the mouth or yeast infection in her mouth. With the surgery she has had they are afraid to giver her anything for this (and I think she is at the point where she doesn’t want anything else). So I am on here asking is there anything organic, or all natural that would help with this?

Switch to the candida diet to make things less conducive to fungal infections (don’t eat any sugar at all and focus on pH balancing food). Also, fungus will grow in an alkaline environment, so acidic things will help to remove it (lemon juice in water, etc). You can also get natural mouthwashes that are non-alcohol based but have tea tree oil in them – tea tree oil is a fungicide. Natural unsweetened probiotic yoghurt applied topically can also help.

How do you lose ten pounds?

I feel a little on the chubby side in my stomach and upper arm areas. I want to lose weight. But, I have no time to exercise. So, is there any diet plans solely regarding food that I can go on to lose at least 10 pounds? I’m not overweight or anything. I just feel a little on the chubby side. If i lose weight in my face would i lose my dimples?

I’m not fat. I’m a little below average. I’m 5 ”7” and weigh 127 pounds. I’ve always had chubby cheeks that have cute adorable dimples that people adore and continuously compliment me about. when u exercising your face and neck fat are the first to go. i want to start exercising not to be slim but to be healthy and lose my chubby cheeks but not if it includes the dimples. Has FDA approved the claims of the benefits of alkaline water?

My Dad has been brainwashed into believing all the benefits of alkaline water is true. And the sellers gave documents and paper forms of the FDA approving the benefits of alkaline water. I researched online and many websites claim that the alkaline water is NOT approved by FDA and is utter BS. So has the FDA approved the claims of the beneifits of alkaline water? If you go to the FDA website and do a search for Alkaline water you will find many references and articles related to it. I did a search and found nothing that would indicate an “approval”. Will drinking ginger tea once a day help me not have as bad of acid reflux?

My acid reflux is bad and I don’t want to really take any pills, hard to swallow and some of them have bad side effects.

Yes, ginger in almost any form can be great for reducing the symptoms of acid reflux. Sipping on Fennel tea or chamomile tea have a soothing effect and it has been successfully connected to the relief of acid reflux discomfort for some people. Almonds are a great way to help reduce or eliminate the effects of acid reflux. Each morning, chew on a few almonds and then again (3 or 4 almonds) after each meal. Drink more water and avoid all alcohol & caffeine products (coffee, tea, pop, etc..) Alcohol & caffeine dehydrate your body and can aggravate the irritated stomach lining. An alkaline diet can help overcome the effects of acid reflux: – cutting out acidic foods – do not eat fatty foods (deep-fried, greasy, oily, sauteed, high-fat, etc..) – increase the amount of water you drink daily – avoid all carbonated beverages and caffeinated beverages – do not drink any alcohol Alkaline Foods include: almonds, coconut, buttermilk, yogurt, raisins, melons, figs, olives, bananas, avocado, grapes, potatoes (not french fries), pumpkin, spinach, lettuce, artichokes, broccoli, cucumber, and mushrooms (steamed or cooked)
