I have already established that push ups do not add mass to the chest as much as weight lifting and diet does. It is not an exercise to add weight to my upper body frame. But what if I added weights to my push ups? Will that help me put on mass? PS. Is my chest program OK do I need to change anything? My program: Flat bench press Incline Dumbbell or Barbell press (depending on the day) Weighted Push ups Cable Cross Overs Triceps workouts including Close Grip Bench Press

yeah push-ups do, try inclined pushups for a better chest workout ( with your feet elevated ). Also squeeze/flex your chest when your are down.
